The result is a fermented liquid seasoning made from savory garlic, tangy onions, picante chile peppers and fresh garden herbs. You use it like cooking wine, but the flavor is utterly unique and absolutely fabulous. Just a splash adds a naturally rich, salt-free flavor to any dish.
